Job summary

Kellanova in Jackson, TN seeks an Associate Process Engineer to lead production line initiatives and drive process improvements across Safety, Quality, and Maintenance. This role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and Finance to elevate plant performance and productivity.

You’ll oversee shift activities, champion continuous improvement, and ensure safety practices, with a typical 7am–4pm schedule that rotates during the initial 6 months to learn the equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience.
• Experience in managing safety and/or quality programs & processes.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing people.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests with accountability and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities on your assigned shift toward production goals, sanitation, maintenance requests, and budget.
• Continuous Improvement mindset with 5S, RCA and LEAN practices.
• Provide direction and support on projects across team members.
• Focus on people safety and food safety in all operations.
