Job summary

We are seeking an Associate Process Engineer at the Kellanova Jackson, TN plant to lead transformative initiatives, optimize processes, reduce waste and elevate productivity in a fast-paced snacking operation.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality and Finance to drive data-driven improvements, mentor teammates, and grow your knowledge. Standard hours are 7am–4pm with six months of rotating shifts to learn the equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety and/or quality programs & processes.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing people.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests with accountability and execution.

Responsibilities

• Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift toward production goals, sanitation, maintenance requests, managing technicians and the overall budget.
• Continuous Improvement – Maintain owner’s mindset, with 5S, RCA and LEAN principles.
• Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and support on projects to numerous team members.
• Safety First – Focus on people safety and food safety in all aspects of the operation.
