Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent by experience
• 7–10 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Lean & Six Sigma tools training
• English – Advanced verbal and writing; local language proficiency for the cluster

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield and brownfield projects across a site or cluster
• Provide technical support for maintenance and small capital projects
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify gaps and implement improvements
• Support HSE campaigns and ensure compliance with standards
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs
