Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer II to support Product Integrity through data-driven reporting, workflow automation, and digital tool enablement across the supply chain.

You will build scalable dashboards in Power BI, implement Power Platform solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead projects to streamline processes and improve data visibility.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, business analytics, operations support, quality systems, or supply chain support.
• Strong experience in reporting, dashboard development, process mapping, workflow improvement, data organization, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps; SharePoint, Excel, database, or related tools preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards, insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes and apply process context to metrics, reporting, workflow design, and automation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, workflow pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple improvement projects, recurring reports, and tool enhancement requests while balancing shifting priorities.
• Strong business partnership skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, adoption support, and change management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and support adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes.
• Ability to travel 10‑20% as needed.
• Strong computer skills with curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define, organize, and maintain KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting routines for visibility across the supply chain.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, databases, and related systems.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
• Monitor data quality, metric consistency, and reporting gaps; surface trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and sustain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual work and streamline workflows.
• Transition manual trackers and email-based processes into structured tools such as Power Apps, SharePoint lists, automated forms, and dashboards.
• Maintain intake tools, forms, dashboards, approvals, notifications, and access-management workflows.
• Lead process improvement projects and partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Standardize data inputs, reporting cadence, process documentation, and adoption materials to improve usability and long-term tool ownership.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting support, and tool troubleshooting for supply chain priorities.
