Victoria's Secret is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer II to support Product Integrity through process improvement, metrics management, dashboard development, workflow automation, and digital tool enablement. This role improves how teams collect, manage, analyze, and act on business-critical data across the supply chain.

The engineer will build scalable reporting tools, streamline workflows, and enable more consistent decision-making.

Qualifications

• Define, organize, and maintain KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting routines.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, databases.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
• Monitor data quality, metric consistency, and reporting gaps; surface trends and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects that simplify workflows and standardize reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into practical reporting and workflow solutions.
• Standardize data inputs, reporting cadence, and adoption materials to improve usability.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting support, and tool troubleshooting for supply chain priorities.
