Novo Nordisk in Durham, NC, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Associate to support operations, equipment, and processes to meet regulatory requirements. You will provide process solutions for routine to moderate issues and assist with training of junior team members.

In this role, you will work with production and QA on deviation investigations, drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, and help implement changes while ensuring safety and compliance. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing and GMP knowledge preferred.
• Problem solving and data collection are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and QA on deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvements via Lean tools.
• Provide training on process and procedure changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for routine to moderate issues.
• Collect data for periodic reviews and reporting.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
