Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, TX is seeking an Improvement Operations Specialist to drive ongoing process improvement across Construction and Engineering. You will gather requirements, document workflows, and design AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency and performance.

You will analyze metrics, develop maps and reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes, tools, and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Preferred: experience with data analysis, process improvement, automation, or project coordination; familiarity with Power BI, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking; and foundational knowledge of ROI, NPV, and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and operational challenges to support improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business and end-user needs.
• Develop process maps, reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new processes, tools, and operational solutions.
• Support change management activities, including communications, training materials, and user adoption efforts.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and project outcomes to support organizational learning.
