The Process IE is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role focuses on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting time studies, supporting automation initiatives, and providing training to production teams. The Process IE also plays a key role in customer audits and resolving IE-related issues.
Education: Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience: 2–5 years in process engineering or industrial engineering.
Standard office environment with frequent visits to production lines.
Ability to work extended hours during critical production phases.
Occasional travel for audits or training support.
