Job summary

You will collaborate with operators and leaders to improve layouts, training, organization, quality and efficiency through continuous improvement, with flexibility for third‑shift operations. A bachelor's in IE and experience with 2D CAD and 5S are desirable.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering with knowledge of work measurement, line balancing, and 5S.
• Experience with 2D CAD, strong communication, and a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work third shift may be needed.
