Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow instructions on work orders.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Must perform basic math calculations.
• Work in a clean atmosphere producing multiple lines of high-purity products.
• Maintain a positive, dynamic teamwork-focused work environment with emphasis on quality.
• Practice excellent personal hygiene daily.

Responsibilities

• Assemble process filtration products to desired product specifications.
• Safely operate production equipment designed to cut process filtration products.
• Run sonic welding equipment to weld pleat packs and other filtration products.
• Operate multiple thermal end-cap machines simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot thermal end-cap machines as needed.
• Inspect work packs and labels for accuracy using the product building system.
• Verify and follow work pack instructions to meet customer/product specs.
• Navigate ERP system for material allocations and inspections.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble process filtration products.
• Perform accurate measurements and basic mathematics to inspect lengths and diameters.
• Other duties as assigned.
