Job summary

Filtration Group seeks a Global Filter Value Stream Leader in Cedar Rapids, IA to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across production of process filtration products. You will lead technicians, coach teams, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize daily output and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and a demonstrated ability to build a positive culture while delivering results in a high-purity manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders/work packs.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead production technicians and equipment operation for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coach and train technicians in manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize daily activities.
• Ensure priority requests are completed and delivered to shipping on time.
• Monitor material and labor utilization to optimize production.
• Deploy work activities to technicians to meet product specs.
• Operate and troubleshoot process filtration equipment and related machinery.
• Navigate ERP system for material allocations and inspections.
