You will work with business and technology teams to track action items, deliver clear management reports, and support governance through timely documentation and updates. This is an on-site US-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communications.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards and reports to drive business insights.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills for clear stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Collect, analyze, and present data via interactive visuals and management reports.
• Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with actions, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track actions and ensure timely deliverable closures.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication across multiple organizational levels.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and project discussions with clear follow-ups.
• Support project governance through timely reporting and documentation management.

• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to track action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Facilitate effective meetings, status reviews, and project discussions by ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Support project governance activities through timely reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.
