Job summary

You will collect and present data through interactive visuals, prepare Minutes of Meetings, and coordinate with business and technology teams to track actions and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word for reporting and documentation.
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and Tableau for dashboards.
• Strong ability to present data and insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, for reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner through interactive visualizations and management reports.
• Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to track action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Facilitate effective meetings, status reviews, and project discussions by ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Support project governance activities through timely reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.
