Qualifications

• Experience driving process improvements, projects or operational initiatives.
• Exposure to digital solutions such as automation, analytics or AI.

• Ability to take ownership and drive execution.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities;

• recommend and support the selection of the right approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements);
• leverage digital tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making;
• facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions;
• ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up with stakeholders;
• support alignment of global standards with local operational needs.

Requirements:

• experience in driving process improvements, projects, or operational initiatives;
• practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar);
• knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - nice to have;
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset;
• ability to take ownership and drive execution;
• understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies;
• fluent English.
