Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years continuous improvement experience preferably in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams with at least 5 years of continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to processes from order receipt to distribution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligning with the Crane Business System.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events and promote a lean manufacturing culture.
