Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of process improvement or operations experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives and process improvement projects to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Define and implement the operating model for future state and drive realization.
• Foster grass-roots continuous improvement and fact-based decision making.
• Implement Process Control, documentation, ownership, metrics, and monitoring.
• Identify root causes and design effective solutions.
• Model Lean systems and deploy Lean tools across the organization.
• Drive sustainable improvements via change management and Kaizen events.
• Run workshops and Kaizen teams to achieve strategic objectives enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize continuous improvement in targeted areas.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
