Job summary
Reyes Holdings seeks a senior AI/ML innovator to drive enterprise AI initiatives across data platforms and business processes in a dynamic team. You will work with engineers, data scientists, and architects to design scalable AI solutions that impact operational efficiency and customer experiences.
The role requires strong communication skills, experience with AI lifecycle practices, and willingness to travel. A related Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–6 years of technical experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI and analytics tools to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Must pass post-offer background and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, automation, and generative AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to design scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions integrate with enterprise systems, data platforms, and processes.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Follow standards for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Travel up to 30% per year as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
