Job description

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for business analysis and process design/implementation for one or more end-to-end processes within SDO. This includes documenting detailed processes, supporting operational process owners to improve and standardize processes, and using analytical methodologies and tools such as lean, six-sigma, value stream analysis, FMEA, scenario analysis, simulations, and prototypes. The role involves building road maps and execution plans to achieve the target state.

Required Job Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in business process and analytical design related to process improvement projects, or 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in using data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  3. Facilitation skills.
  4. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies, principles, tools, and techniques.
  2. Experience in health insurance.
  3. Service operations experience in call centers, claims, etc.
