Bridor is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Process to lead and deliver equipment projects for North American expansion. You will oversee detail design coordination through installation, startup, commissioning, and handover, acting as the owner's representative with suppliers, partners, and plant teams.

Will coordinate schedules, budgets, and technical requirements; review drawings and supplier proposals, develop standards, and work with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Food Safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and practical problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience managing manufacturing equipment projects with suppliers, partners and internal teams is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead process-equipment projects from scope development through installation, commissioning, startup and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones and action plans.
• Identify risks, monitor costs, manage scope changes, and communicate issues requiring decisions.
• Coordinate equipment suppliers, engineering partners, installation contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review equipment specifications, layouts, drawings, and supplier proposals against production requirements and Bridor standards.
• Support procurement through technical evaluations and supplier coordination.
• Develop and maintain North American process-equipment design standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Food Safety on equipment performance and hygienic design.
