Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment and capital projects.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to read drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-equipment projects from scope through installation and handover.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and action plans.
• Identify risks, monitor costs, and manage scope changes.
• Coordinate suppliers, engineering partners, and contractors.
• Review specs and drawings against Bridor standards.
• Prepare documentation and equipment manuals.
