Associate degree or higher in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with machining, NC/CNC, laser cutting, or composite manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Support or initiate programs to improve quality in drilling, laser, and routing processes.
Maintain software programs supporting manufacturing equipment.
Qualify new equipment with hands-on testing and documentation.
Write and edit procedures and determine process acceptability.
Determine root causes of defects.
Conduct routine checks and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers/engineers to troubleshoot issues.
Operate production equipment for special engineering tasks.
