Qualifications
5+ years of experience with JMT assembly or similar manufacturing environments.
Ability to use measurement equipment during qualification runs.
Strong attention to detail in process development.
Responsibilities
Run IQ, OQ, PQ, and FQ protocols to qualify products.
Conduct test method validations for new testers.
Facilitate prototype runs and document production issues.
Execute and document pilot builds to confirm readiness for production.
Create work instructions for smooth production transitions.
Confirm cycle times to validate engineering estimates.
Train operators on new processes during production start-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Reduce manufacturing waste and process complexity.
