Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust equipment controls and/or process controls; identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of downtime events with detail.
• Lead or co-lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Track metrics and use data to propose improvements.
• Support engineering staff in developing new processes and products for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal groups and vendors to troubleshoot equipment.
• Mentor and develop hourly Technicians.

Join a company driven by quality products across an evolving range of industries. **POSITION OVERVIEW**The Process Technician II is responsible for leading production support activities through effective problem solving, strong internal customer support, and a commitment to safety and quality.
