Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead process engineering for product development, project execution, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will work with engineering, project management, supply chain, commissioning, quality, and commercial teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality process system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of technical experience in industrial facilities or process engineering environments.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting project execution, product development, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of process engineering principles, industrial equipment, and applicable engineering codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service organizations and international engineering partners for product improvements and technology transfer.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and estimates to ensure successful execution.
• Provide regular status updates and technical feedback to management.
• Collaborate with project management, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and prioritize work.
