Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Senior Process Engineer responsible for process engineering design functions across the Americas. You will work on combustion and steam turbine auxiliary systems and ensure designs meet contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering along with 7-10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include preparing PFDs, managing P&IDs, and conducting thermal calculations, with opportunities for professional development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with an EPC firm or combustion and steam turbine OEM.
• Experience with system simulations using AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of gas pipeline codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare heat and material balances and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
• Develop and manage piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Conduct heat exchanger thermal calculations.
