We are seeking an experienced and driven Process Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities supporting safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations across our chemical facilities. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who can manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, partner closely with operations, and deliver engineering solutions that support business objectives, capital investment, and long‑term asset integrity.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the design, scale‑up, and optimization of manufacturing processes across laboratory, pilot, and manufacturing scales for chemical based products used in the component and electronic assembly industries. This role is part of the Global Process Engineering Group (GPEG) and is responsible for overseeing the successful scale‑up of new manufacturing processes, improving existing processes, and driving initiatives to optimize throughput, enhance product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs. The Process Engineering Manager provides technical leadership and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence and innovation in manufacturing process development.
You will be a key member of the site leadership team, providing engineering expertise while developing people, standards, and capabilities within a global organization.
A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required with >15 years experience in chemical process engineering or a Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering is required. And at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
