RippleMatch Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Ada, MI.
This office-based role requires in-person reporting to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays, with Friday as a remote optional day. As part of the Supply Chain / Engineering & Manufacturing team, you will analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and help implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance reliability.

The Process Engineering team partners closely with manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability across production processes. Team members work directly with manufacturing teams to identify improvement opportunities, solve operational challenges, and implement sustainable process enhancements. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on environment where engineers have the opportunity to make a visible impact on day-to-day operations while contributing to broader continuous improvement initiatives.
As a Process Engineering Intern, you will support manufacturing improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance. You'll work directly with engineers, operators, and cross-functional partners while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance. Apply problem-solving methodologies and data analysis to recommend and implement process improvements.
Evaluate production cleaning cycles, equipment changeovers, or other manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Develop recommendations that reduce downtime, improve throughput, or minimize scrap.
Explore opportunities to automate repetitive activities currently performed manually. Partner with engineers and manufacturing teams to evaluate, test, and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity and process consistency.
Academic Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students of all class years who will remain academically active through the internship and whose academic background and experience align with the needs of the role.
Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
