Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with junior/senior standing.
• Strong data analysis ability and use of structured problem-solving methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and process improvement projects and analyze workflows.
• Collect and evaluate operational data to establish efficient work standards.
• Create and update SOPs and PFMEA documents.
• Develop layouts using 2D/3D CAD tools to improve productivity and space utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and support projects.
