Job summary

Danfoss Turbocor in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our oil-free compressor technology on the manufacturing floor, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead root cause investigations, develop KPI reporting, and support audits to meet ISO standards, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality or related areas.
Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards.
Capability analysis and statistical methods.
Root cause analysis and corrective action tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Develop and deliver quality metrics and KPI reporting.
Drive quality and compliance initiatives through audits, process reviews, and adherence to standards.
Promote continuous improvement and a safe, organized work environment.
