Job summary

Covestro is seeking a Chemistry/Mechanical focused Engineering Intern for a 3-month assignment during the Summer of 2027 (May to August) at Covestro's U.S. sites.

The role supports day-to-day engineering activities and ongoing projects aimed at reliability, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Chemical Engineering, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and prior internship or co-op experience.

Candidates must be available for a 3-month assignment during the Summer of 2027 (May to August).

WHAT YOU OFFER

Basic Qualifications Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program at the time of the internship which is May 2027 to August 2027 Chemical Engineering major Completion of sophomore year, entering junior year, as of May 2027.

  • Overall minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Previous internship or co-op experience
