Job summary

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a BS program in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering with a 2.7+ GPA and familiar with CAD and process software. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering with good GPA.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Familiarity with chemical/process engineering calculations and CAD tools.
• Exposure to process simulation software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine engineering tasks under direct supervision.
• Produce design calculations, spreadsheets, drawings and sketches.
• Assist in developing conceptual process designs for projects.
• Prepare preliminary designs and material take-offs.
• Support engineers to meet safety, cost, schedule and quality goals.
