Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and control charts.
• Experience conducting Process-FMEA analyses and risk mitigation.
• Ability to liaise with Quality Assurance and Design Engineers during product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manufacturing processes within production areas and define operation sequences.
• Define process requirements, working procedures and equipment recommendations for product lines.
• Execute Process-FMEA analyses to identify failure sources and reduce operational risks.
• Define process control methodologies and manage SPC to analyze out-of-control situations.
• Collaborate with QA and Design Engineers to coordinate launches of new products.
• Provide training and document planning for affected parts of the organization.
