Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is seeking a Process Engineer to review, design, and implement test capability ensuring precise, error-free, and efficient testing of Vishay products. You will work with engineering and quality control to meet military, customer, and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining Test Lab equipment, designing test methods, and training staff. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required, with broad technical knowledge

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in electronic component manufacturing or testing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Broad knowledge of general technical fields such as electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with internal customers and Vishay Engineering and Quality Control personnel.
• Identify design and implementation needs for test capability, equipment, fixtures, and calibration.
• Oversee testing of Vishay products in the Test Lab per specifications and standards.
