• Executing Process-FMEA analyses.
• Defining process control methodologies.
• Managing statistical process control (SPC) systems to analyze out-of-control situations.
• Liaising with Quality Assurance in responding to customer inquiries, and with Design Engineers to coordinate the launch of new products.
• Executing non-routine and case-specific technical analytics to support creation of function specific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operating within the production area, developing, implementing and managing manufacturing methods, processes and sequence of operations.
• Providing equipment recommendations for product lines.
• Coordinating the launch of new products with QA and Design Engineers.
• Training and documenting as needed for affected parts of the organization.
• Providing local support on dedicated subject matter or processes.
