Prysmian Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Windham, CT to lead process improvement initiatives within a production environment. You will evaluate information from multiple sources to drive decisions, manage projects, and ensure robust processes using Lean Sigma methodologies.
The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing, experience with process control and NPI technologies, and a proven track record in leading high-performance teams.

The typical base salary range for this role is $74,000.00 to $112,000.00. Actual placement within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant, experience, education, skills and geographic location.
