  • Drive continuous improvement using data, best practices, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute projects using strong project management discipline.
  • Champion a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to build a high‑performing, engaged team.
  • Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain annual capital plans and oversee capital project execution.
  • Establish and maintain process standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
What You Bring

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing people.
  • A results‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
  • Solid business and financial acumen with a focus on bottom‑line impact.
The Environment
  • Approximately 70% of your time on the production floor, staying close to the work and the team.
  • Exposure to hot and humid manufacturing conditions—because real leadership shows up where it matters most.
