Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Process Engineer for its heavy industrial manufacturing sites in the Camden area. You will support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality, while analyzing operational data to identify opportunities to enhance production processes and reduce variability.

Collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will troubleshoot challenges and implement practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and take initiative.
