Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Process Engineer Trainee in Camden, NJ to support process improvement initiatives in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.

You will analyze operational data, collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams, and participate in safety and continuous improvement programs while gaining hands-on training and mentorship from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working effectively across teams.
