Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process optimization, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with process simulation and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products from design to production.
• Identify and implement capital projects for process improvement and capacity expansion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process designs and operations.
