Qualifications

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning).
