Valmet is seeking a Process Engineer for Screening & Cleaning to support customers across North America from Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on service delivery, mill audits, and optimization of Valmet-driven solutions in Stock Preparation and Recycled Fiber lines.

The candidate will collaborate with the Valmet Mill Team, drive aftermarket opportunities, and deliver effective reports while traveling domestically (60-80%) and occasionally to Canada.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 4-year college or university.
• 1–3 years of field experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools; technical aptitude is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and technical support for Stock Preparation & Recycled Fiber—Screen & Hydrocyclone.
• Promote Screen & Hydrocyclone product lines and assist customers with parts and systems.
• Conduct mill audits to optimize system efficiency and recommend parameter adjustments or upgrades.
• Generate comprehensive service reports and ensure customer satisfaction with follow-ups.
