Job summary

Valmet in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Process Engineer - Screening & Cleaning to support North America. You will perform mill audits, optimize system performance, and collaborate with the Valmet Mill Team to deliver service and upgrades.

This role requires a 4-year degree, 1–3 years in the pulp and paper industry, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools. Domestic travel 60–80% and occasional international travel to Canada are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of field experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and technical support for Stock Prep & Recycled Fiber - Screen & Hydrocyclone.
• Promote Screen & Hydrocyclone product lines and drive aftermarket sales.
• Conduct mill audits to optimize system performance and recommend upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Valmet Mill Team and monitor market trends.
