Job summary

Wasatch Labs seeks a Process Engineer to design, monitor, and continually improve manufacturing and production processes, focusing on quality and safety. The role supports product transfers from development to full-scale production and assists in validating processes and equipment.

You will investigate OOS/OOT products, support customers, conduct fill weight studies, and author engineering reports. A bachelor’s in a relevant field and 0–2 years experience are expected; cGMP familiarity is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or Physics.
• 0-2 years work experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiar with statistics.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing and production processes focusing on quality and safety.
• Provide technical expertise as products are transferred from development to full-scale production.
• Investigate OOS and OOT products.
• Assist in validation of processes and equipment.
• Customer support (general inquiries, tours, pilot/validation batches).
• Perform fill weight studies for packaging components.
• Author technical or engineering reports.
