XPEL in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across production and supply chain operations.

You will apply engineering expertise to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency, collaborating with R&D during technology transitions to commercialization. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in process engineering, production operations, and/or quality control.
• Analytical problem solving and data-driven troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with statistics and problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, DOE, Lean).
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and travel 25–50%.

Responsabilités

• Technical resource for ongoing production activities and KPI analysis.
• Lead quality and yield improvement and corrective action projects.
• Recommend efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes with quality focus.
• Assess equipment/processes, troubleshoot, document, and train personnel.
• Collaborate with R&D to transition to pilot and scale-up for commercialization.
