Job summary

Röhm America LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support the Osceola, AR production site. You will lead process engineering for safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and drive improvements in quality, safety, and cost.

You will collaborate across maintenance, operations, and IT, implement capital projects, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while mentoring operators and coordinating process safety reviews.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety training and procedures; ensure continuous safety.
• Provide technical support to operators to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Develop and coordinate product/process development schedules to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
• Coordinate investigations and HAZOPS to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Lead teams to meet plant quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Manage capital projects to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
