LevelUP HCS is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to improve manufacturing performance in a high-speed production environment. The role focuses on reliability, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

This onsite position requires a strong engineering foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives. No relocation or sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, materials, tooling, and maintenance workflows.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, project management, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing performance by identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing downtime trends, and implementing practical solutions to improve productivity and reliability.
  • Partner with production, maintenance, engineering teams, suppliers, OEMs, and contractors to support equipment reliability initiatives and manufacturing projects.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, value stream mapping, and point-of-use improvement.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, process modifications, troubleshooting activities, and technical manufacturing initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, establish priorities, track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates across cross-functional teams.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, cost, and operational performance.
  • Train, coach, and support manufacturing team members to enhance technical capability and improve process execution.
