Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Process Engineer in Texas to convert customer blueprints into actionable manufacturing plans. The role emphasizes GD&T, metallurgy, and process routing to guide machining, heat treatment, and plating decisions.

You will support aerospace-grade quality requirements, establish travelers, and ensure documentation accuracy while maintaining compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards. This full-time on-site position offers stability in a long‑standing engineering family

Qualifications

• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining experience.
• Experience creating travelers and process routings.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and material processing.
• Experience with heat treatment and plating.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Engineering, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer blueprints and specifications.
• Create manufacturing travelers and process routings.
• Apply GD&T to manufacturing requirements.
• Define machining and fabrication steps.
• Specify heat treatment and plating requirements.
• Support metallurgy and material-processing decisions.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues.
• Ensure AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Maintain accurate process documentation.
