Zohorecruit in Roscoe, TX is seeking a Process Engineer to convert customer blueprints into clear manufacturing plans for precision metal parts used in aerospace, defense, and medicine. Strong GD&T, metallurgy, and process-routing experience are required.

You will support heat treatment, plating, and aerospace-quality requirements while ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance and maintaining thorough process documentation.

Formación

• Experience in aerospace or precision metal manufacturing required.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills are essential.
• Experience creating travelers or manufacturing routings.
• Knowledge of machining, metallurgy, and metal fabrication.
• Experience with heat treatment and plating desirable.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer blueprints and specifications and translate into manufacturing plans.
• Create manufacturing travelers and process routings.
• Define machining and fabrication steps to meet specs.
• Specify heat treatment and plating requirements.
• Support metallurgy and material-processing decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate process documentation.
