Responsibilities

• Improve existing manufacturing methods to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Champion continuous production by driving process improvements in upstream equipment and standardized work instructions.
• Implement new technology to reduce line breakage.
• Increase output by 15–20% through new technology and equipment enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and perform root cause analysis to resolve bottlenecks and failures.
• Maintain optimization of the production line and 5S requirements; assist with CAPEX budgeting.
