Job summary

Chlorum Solutions USA, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support plant operations through engineering, process improvement, and capital project activities that enhance safety, reliability, efficiency, and production performance.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide hands-on support for day-to-day manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Five years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations through engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Assist with capital projects, facility modifications, and equipment upgrades.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase safety, efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Develop engineering documentation, procedures, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate engineering activities with Operations, Maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
• Support process optimization, equipment selection, and facility layout improvements.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure successful project execution.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental compliance, and plant safety initiatives.
• Maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and technical records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
